#NationalRoséDay Instagram Contest Hotel Del & Classic Legacy

An Instagram Contest is an excellent way to partner with clients.  On June 10, 2017 I am partnering with The Hotel Del Coronado on Instagram.   Followers will be asked with whom would they like to share a glass of  rosé.   The winner will be randomly chosen and Classic Legacy will be sending the lucky winner a free  Hotel Del Coronado wine bottle stopper with flip flip charms.   These are some of the things I’ve learned about successful Instagram contests.

Instagram Contest | Partnerships Are Successful

The most successful Instagram Contests are ones that are partnerships.   Each business has something of value to offer that the other doesn’t have.   The Hotel Del Coronado is a fabulous beach resort that is known world wide as a top luxury vacation destination.  Classic Legacy designs custom gifts for The Hotel Del Coronado that are unique and only available in their gift stores.   The marketing team took this fun photo that highlights the beach vibe with the hotel in the background. A bottle of rosé wine is visible since it is #NationalroséDay.   To enter the contest entrants will be ask who they would like to drink a glass of rosé wine.   A winner will be randomly chosen.   Classic Legacy will ship the custom wine bottle stopper to the winner.   The hotel will not have to worry about packaging and shipping.  I love partnering with my clients!

Instagram Contest | Associate With A Popular Hashtag

Successful Instagram Contests take place when they can piggy-back on an existing popular hashtag.  The second Saturday in the month of June each year is designated as #NationalroséDay.   Wine related “National Days”   are very popular on Instagram and have their own hashtags.   Planning the contest to coordinate with hashtags like this is a win.   Many people  may not know about Classic Legacy custom gifts or The Hotel Del Coronado but they do like wine and  will find this contest by the hashtag!   If you are like me you might ask, “Who decides these National Days?’   It turns out there is a site called The National Day Calendar and the organize these and also let people apply to have special days become known.    I use this site often to piggy back off something that is very popular.

Instagram Contest | Tell Everyone

    Love Rose’ I would like to do something similar for my students. I am just trying to think of a hashtag specific to my College and summer.
