Life is the process of constant change. McAdams recently made a big change to a new building. Being open to little changes are important also. For me the little changes involve keeping up with the latest social media updates!

Emphasize Service Not Selling
“At the end of the day we are not about selling we are about serving.” I posted this Dave Ramsey quote on Instagram this week. It is one of the most liked I’ve ever posted. I think it is important for small businesses to emphasize service. Think small and remember that your customer is why you are in business.
