Happy Birthday to The Hotel Del Coronado. One Hundred and Twenty Five years of wonderful memories is truly something to celebrate. The Del has hosted American legends, movie stars, and many historical figures. We are honored to serve The Hotel Del Signature Shop and Est. 1888 with custom Classic Legacy gifts. Birthdays are a time to remember. These are some of my memories and what I’ve learned about the Hotel Del Coronado.
History of The Hotel Del
The Del’s visionary founders – Elisha Babcock and H.L. Story – dreamed of building a seaside resort that would be “the talk of the Western world.” Since then, the resort has become a living legend, visited by celebrities, dignitaries and U.S. presidents. The gift buyers at the Hotel Del realize that guests love history and want to buy gifts that celebrate history.

The Hotel Del Coronado is a wonderful example to me of excellent service. From the moment you check in, eat a meal, walk on the beach, or visit a shop excellent service is provided. As a vendor for The Hotel Del I feel the same…..for many years Nomi Albano the buyer has encouraged me to create and innovate by creating custom gifts for The Del. I asked her for a recommendation on LinkedIn and this is what she said, “I’ve done business with Catherine and Classic Legacy for several years and have always been completely thrilled with our partnership.
