I was first introduced to the art of Rollin McGrail by Jeanne Chisholm of Chisholm Gallery. Rollin’s art is agile, playful, formal, and wry. Her images often kind-heatedly lampoon the rich. I was drawn to her many equestrian themes, especially her polo art. Her work is shown in galleries all over the world. Rollin has had weekly illustrations for years in the New York Times and the Washington Post. She frequently contributes to Vanity Fair, Newsweek, Forbes, U.S. News & World Report, Glamour, Esquire, GQ, Vogue and Nickelodeon among many others. I designed a marble wine bottle stopper and marble coaster that highlights polo art! These gifts feature the art from the Central Park Polo Challenge and bring back memories of a special event and a special artist!
