It does not snow much in Germantown TN, but I wanted the children to know all about snow. We read The Snowy Day by Ezra Jack Keats and then talked about snowmen. I then had the bright idea of creating snowmen!…..two of the three were up for that!…..Micah enjoyed the others being wrapped in white toilet tissue, having a scarf wrapped around their necks, and placing a big hat on their heads.

Thoughts about Snow
I do like snow……I like to look at it primarily…….I like the fact that it slows me down. I live where it does not snow often so I might have a different perspective if I had to live with it all winter long!
