Five Tools to use with Images to Create Something Remarkable

Create something remarkable…..something on which others will remark.   Photos, paintings, and  images  make us feel good and when these images strike the right emotion people begin to talk.    Seth  Godin points out the goal is to create a service or product worth talking about!    Images are the perfect way to get people to talk !   Classic Legacy’s  specialty is creating custom gifts using images.   Images on products are remarkable.   Images are the key to marketing.   Here are some of the ways I use images and I invite you to use them as well.

1. Pinterest:  Pin Remarkable Images

One of the best ways to get noticed and to become THE ONE that everyone is talking about is to post interesting quotes.   Over 720 people follow my quote board.  My most followed board is my board that features displays and unique product presentations. Over 950 follow the display board.   Be sure to click on this image and follow me on Pinterest.  My goal is to be helpful!

Creativity is Intelligence having fun
This is a book I saw in the gift store of the Crystal Bridges Museum. I just LOVE the quote. It is one of my most recent Pinterest pins.

2. Instagram: Share Remarkable Photos via Mobile

I am not a digital native…..I’m an immigrant learning a new culture!  Instagram is fascinating to me.  I just started using it about 6 months ago and I know it is going to be a big part of my 2014 marketing.    I walked into the All Saints LTD store in Las Vegas and saw their amazing displays.   They must have bought out an old factory and then converted the sewing machines and other machines into great masculine displays that show off their great line of men’s clothing.  As I was walking around Las Vegas I also took a short video and captured the spectacular water show at night in front of Bellagio.  Click here to follow me on Instagram.

3.  Facebook:  Share Products as well as Quotes

My Classic Legacy business Facebook page is where I share quotes and photos of Classic Legacy products.   These cuff links are some of our best sellers.  They make a great groomsman’s gift.   The  Mark Twain quote is one of my favorites!  Click here to follow Classic Legacy on Facebook.

4.  Websites:  Share with Visionary Crowd Sourced Partners

I have followed  Josiah Mackenzie for a couple of years.  He writes about hoteliers pioneering the use of technology in hospitality.    His blog, Hotel Marketing Strategies, recently relaunched. It is a crowd-sourced collection of marketing tips and ideas  to create better travel experiences for hotel guests and drive revenue growth for owners.   I have been published twice on this site.   I shared my blog post about my visit to the 21C Museum Hotel. ….How Artful Hospitality Creates Events that will be Shared.
